With the top infotainment system, the MMI navigation plus with MMI touch and 8.3-inch monitor, the rotary/push button has an integrated touchpad for zooming and scrolling, as well as for entering characters. The new S4 Saloon includes both MMI navigation plus and the Audi connect hardware module. It provides fast connection to the internet via the LTE standard. Using the integrated Wi-Fi hotspot passengers can surf and email freely with mobile devices, while the driver can use the online services from the Audi connect portfolio. These include the Audi smartphone interface - it connects iOS and Android phones.

The Audi phone box couples the smartphones of passengers with the onboard antenna. Suitably equipped, the phones are simultaneously loaded inductively. The Audi tablet provides flexible rear seat entertainment. Hi-fi fans can order the Bang & Olufsen sound system with innovative 3D sound.

In the Audi S4 Saloon, you can choose between a wide range of driver assistance systems. The predictive efficiency assistant supports the driver with instructions on when to change gears to save fuel. The Audi active lane assist helps it stay on track. The adaptive cruise control Stop & Go, including Traffic Jam Assistant, takes over acceleration, deceleration and steering at up to 65 km/h, taking the pressure off the driver during slow-moving traffic. The parking assistant, the cross traffic assistant in the back, the exit warning, the avoidance assistant, the turn-off assistant, and the Audi pre sense systems provide important safety services. A camera-based traffic sign recognition system rounds off the offer.
